Kyle disappeared at suppertime from his mother's home during a snow storm. Kyle was last seen at mother's residence in Yankton, SD at approximately 1800 hours on 12-11-10. Subject left residence wearing a yellow/orange colored hoodie, jeans and sandals. It should be noted that Yankton was experiencing snow storm at the time when Kyle was last seen. On the same night that Kyle was last seen, there was a possible sighting of Kyle at a convenience store (Cork and Bottle), which is approximately two miles north west of Kyle’s residence. This alleged sighting occurred between the hours of 2100 and 2200 on 12-11-10. However, that sighting has not been confirmed at this time.
